Bathurst Curling Club - Rental Options
Whether you are curling or not, the Bathurst Curling Club is an excellent venue for your next gathering.
Bar and Space Rentals
Main Floor Bar Area Rental: $350+HST/Day
Upstairs Lounge/Dining Area Rental: $350+HST/Day
Rental for both spaces: $650+HST/Day
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve a space. In the event of cancellation, 2 weeks notice is required. Cancellation within 2 weeks will result in the forfeiture of deposit.
Note: Kitchen facilities for all space rentals are included in the cost.
Ice Surface Rentals
Entire Ice Shed (5 Sheets): $600+HST/Day (Time availability depends on regular curling schedule)
One Sheet: $80+HST/Per 2 hours of play
Bar Services
Bartending services are offered at no additional charge and can be open during rental periods, depending on bartender availability. Bartending hours are dependent on client needs; however, last-call is generally 11:45 pm, unless other arrangements have been made.
